Four iconic townhomes, The North End at Jamestown, complete Oklahoma’s first condominium neighborhood. Developed by George W. James, R.W. Finley and Jack Graves, Jamestown Condominiums broke ground in 1965 with a concept based on classic Georgetown architecture incorporating red brick streets, gas lights and historic materials. Located on the site of the Floyd Tinsley Dairy, the 44 townhomes are clustered around Tinsley Green with a central pergola featuring fireplaces and a television for outdoor entertaining. The original three unique designs named for landmarks in Georgetown: Foxall, Dumbarton and Decatur, mostly two bedroom plans ranging in size from 1,584 to 2,480 SF, are joined by the final design: Tudor Place. The concept emphasizes diversity with integrity featuring brick facades with wood siding, gated private courtyards, balconies, multi-pane windows with shutters and varied rooflines.

Tudor Place reflects timeless Georgetown design and the context of Jamestown. Located directly north of Tinsley Green, the wrought iron gated entrance courtyard leads to a covered patio and the main living area overlooking the Green. Entering the center of the open plan lower floor, a central staircase leads to the private area and separates the spacious living room and the kitchen. The upper level includes a large master suite with a balcony overlooking the Green and a dressing room featuring separate soaking tub and shower, double sinks, heated porcelain tile floor and walk in closet. The classic design features 9′ ceilings, base and crown moldings and premium hardware and fixtures throughout with full wood or porcelain tile floors downstairs. State of the art security and technology is included.
